We understand that not every home needs the same level of attention at all times. Because of this, we have designed three cleaning modalities tailored to your specific needs: Regular, Deep, and Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning.
Below, we break down exactly what is included in each of our service options for Houses.
Regular Cleaning (Standard Clean)
This service is designed to keep your home fresh, tidy, and free of day-to-day dust and dirt.
What’s included?
General Tasks (Whole House):
Dust all reachable surfaces, shelves, and décor.
Vacuum all carpets and rugs thoroughly.
Mop all hard floors.
Empty all trash bins.
Clean mirrors throughout the house.
Kitchen
Wipe down countertops and daily-use surfaces.
Clean the exterior of appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove top).
Scrub the sink thoroughly and clean the drain area.
Bathrooms
Basic cleaning of the toilet (inside and outside).
Clean the shower, tub, and glass doors.
Scrub the sink and polish faucets.
Bedrooms, Office & Living Areas:
Dust furniture, nightstands, and desks.
Gently wipe monitor screens and TVs.
Deep Cleaning
This modality includes everything in the Regular Cleaning, but goes much further, targeting dirt and grime buildup in hard-to-reach areas.
What is ADDED in the Deep Clean?
General Tasks (Whole House):
Baseboards: Detailed dusting and wiping of baseboards and trim.
Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
Dust ceiling fans and air vents.
Wipe doors, door frames, and light switches.
Clean windowsills and reachable window glass.
Wipe stair railings.
Kitchen
Detailed cleaning of cabinet fronts and handles (removing grease buildup).
Wipe down the backsplash.
Clean under small countertop appliances, if possible.
Bathrooms
Heavy-duty removal of soap scum in the shower and tub.
Clean tile grout (as much as possible).
Clean behind the toilet (if reachable).
Wipe the exterior of bathroom cabinets and drawers.
Bedrooms & Basement
Vacuum under beds (if accessible).
Vacuum and mop the entire basement, paying special attention to corners where dust collects.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Best for: Houses that are about to be occupied by new owners/tenants, or houses you are moving out of.
